Notice for the External Students of Class V to IX(2025)

The schedule for the meeting is as follows: (Class V Only)

Date: 21.12.2024

Section A: 10:30am to 12:00noon

Section B: 12:15pm to 1:30pm

Section C: 2:00pm to 3:30pm

Section D: 3:30pm to 5:00pm

Admission of class VI to IX: 21.12.2024 from 12:00Noon to 3:00pm

Guardians are requested to provide the following documents:

  • Duly filled in forms (Application for Admission, Banglar Siksha DCF, Bus, ID Card, Escort Card)
  • Xerox copy of Aadhar Card
  • Xerox copy of the birth certificate
  • Xerox copy of the mark sheet of class IV
  • Banglar Siksha Transfer Certificate/Original transfer/school leaving certificate from previous school
  • Xerox copy of the caste certificate if any
  • Xerox copy of the disability certificate if any
  • 5 copy colour passport size photo of student
  • 1 copy color photo of Father and 1 copy colour photo of Mother of the student
  • Fees as per notification to be submitted after orientation by Card/UPI only

 

The school books, shoes and bags, uniforms and exercise books and other stationary items will be provided by separate vendors who will deal with the guardians directly. The amount required for the items mentioned will be notified in due course.
